  • Unifab recognizes the importance of its employee’s working to their utmost efficiency
    and working safe.
  • Unifab is committed to preventing the accidental loss of any of our resources, including
    employees and equipment.
  • Unifab is committed to the promotion and ongoing maintenance of a safe and healthy
    workplace environment for all workers engaged in our operations.
  • In order to fulfill our commitment to protecting our people and property, management
    will ensure a safe work environment in line with industry standards and in compliance
    with legislative guidelines and will work diligently to eliminate any foreseeable hazards
    which may result in personal injury, accidents, illness or property damage.
  • Unifab has an on going training program as knowledge is a key tool in risk reduction.
  • Weekly tool box meetings are used to maintain a safety attitude and to include
    employee representation.
  • Prevention of muscular skeletal injuries is addressed through the Unifab sponsored
    gym fitness program.
  • All of our employees will be just as responsible for minimizing accidents within our
    facilities and when working in the filed. Our safe work practices and procedures are
    found in our Safety Manual and are define for all employees to follow.
  • Safety is the responsibility of all employees’, all managers, and supervisors. It is the
    active participation of everyone that will control accidental loss. Any management
    activities will be in compliance with Unifab’s company safety requirements as they
    relate to planning, operating and maintaining the facility and equipment. All employees
    will perform their jobs properly in accordance with safe work practices and procedures.
  • It is the collective responsibility of management, supervisors and all employees to
    ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Program, as well
    as good manufacturing procedures are implemented on all projects.
